我原本以为会很远,但那天我跟老公驾车去逗逗.
感觉上还好,因为马路都蛮顺畅的。
有一个不好的是常常有大lorry咯,因为Samarahan还有很大的发展空间。 |

Development of Summer Shopping Mall running on schedule – Developer latest!

KUCHING: The development progress of Summer Shopping Mall – slated to become the first shopping and lifestyle mall in Samarahan – is on track towards its expected completion date by the end of next year.
Developed by Tetap Majumas Sdn Bhd (Tetap Majumas), the mall was launched in late October last year offering a total of 234 retail units as well as food court and cineplex, along with open and basement parking facilities for its Phase One development.
“The progress of the Summer Shopping Mall is going on very smoothly. The mall’s Phase One units are about 90 per cent taken up by tenants, most of them are junior anchor tenants. We have also confirmed and signed up the Servay chain of hypermarkets – a well-known East Malaysian-headquartered retail brand – as our anchor tenant,” explained Tetap Majumas’ managing director Lee Chee Fui when met by The Borneo Post at the developer’s sales office at Sri Stutong Commercial Centre here recently.
Servay, which started off in Miri before opening up in Kota Kinabalu a few years ago, now has about 17 outlets operating throughout East Malaysia.
Moreover, Lee said in terms of application of anchor tenancy for the mall, approximately 60 per cent had been confirmed so far. Among recognisable brands to take up tenancy at the mall would include Lotus Five Star Cinemas, Boulevard IT, Marrybrown, Takasima, Secret Recipe, Watson, Osim, Cindy, Sox World, SCR, SOS, Formula One Tailor and Lazo Diamond Jewellery.
He also added that due to the positive response on the Summer Shopping Mall project, the company would be launching its Phase Two development next month, aiming at making the mall fully-equipped with the most complete facilities around, “creating a development is a truly comprehensive, one-stop commercial and lifestyle hub in town – where everything is under one roof,” he enthused.
“The extension will be included in our Phase Two, to be launched next month. In total, the overall footprint area of the complex, upon completion, will cover a space of nearly 800,000 square feet.
“In the meantime, we will fully utilise the upcoming Sarawak Builders’ Expo (Sarbex) this year as a platform to open the mall’s Phase Two units for sale to both buyers and investors,” Lee added.
On Summer Shopping Mall’s Phase Two development, Lee highlighted that Tetap Majumas would be offering over 100 retail units to buyers and he urged them to grab the opportunity to secure these units during Sarbex 2011.
“For buyers who come and confirm their sales at our booth during the expo, we are offering a waiver on stamp duty and legal fee, as well as zero-fee on sales and purchase agreement along with memorandum of transfer,” he highlighted.
Tetap Majumas is one of the participants for ‘Sarbex 2011 – Total Living’ exhibition, to be held this September 30 until October 2 at the Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) here. The annual three-day event is organised by the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda).

哇!计划有变更咧!看了图,楼上那是公寓吧?水上游乐园在哪里啊?而且原本L型90度角那边也增加了梯形的区域了,请问那是用来干吗的?而且公寓后面还增加一块区域,又是干嘛的?还有,貌似变长了的感觉,戏院也变大了。
看设计图很大,但实际上看起来好像没很大(我每天到经过那边,因为我家就在附近),不懂真正做出来回事怎样。 |
