Dear Maplers,
Please be informed that AsiaSoft Passport will be undergoing Server Maintenance on 4th June 2008, from 1130HRS (+8 GMT) to 1600HRS (+8 GMT).
A-Cash Charging and Account Registration Service will be unavailable during this AsiaSoft Passport Server Maintenance.
Game Service will NOT be affected during this period of time.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
**Server Maintenance will be extended to 5th June 2008, 0600HRS(+8GMT).

• Reimbursement for Extended Client Patch Downtime on 04/06
[05.06.2008]
Dear Maplers,
Due to the server downtime for the game client patch on 4th June 2008, from 0100hrs to 2100hrs (+8 GMT), we will be scheduling the following reimbursement plans for affected players.
The reimbursement will be carried out on the 8th June 2008, from 1000hrs to 1400hrs (+8 GMT).
Eridanus Users
Target: Eridanus users who are supposed to enjoy the 2x EXP event, but were affected by the extended client patch downtime.
Reimbursement: 2x EXP & 2x Drop Rate event will be held in a different time slot on 8th June 2008, from 1000hrs to 1400hrs (+8 GMT)
Aquila, Bootes, Cassiopeia & Delphinus Users
Target: Users who were affected by the extended client patch.
Reimbursement: 2x EXP event & 2x Drop Rate will be held on 8th June 2008, from 1000hrs to 1400hrs (+8 GMT)
All Cash Items
Target: Users who possessing regular cash items during the following period:
From: 0100hrs / 4th June 2008
To: 2100hrs/ 4th June 2008
Reimbursement: Validity date will be extended for another 1 day.
