scan你最新的CCRIS报告，及那张release letter，email给暗恋及CC去BNM，一定能的。

cancel credit card有release letter的吗？干嘛我的没有的？只是打电话去cancel，然后就可以了。问他们有没寄black&white给我。他们说没有这回事的。看来银行怕了呢。。呵呵 |

千万不要被那些银行职员给唬弄了。。。
只要你是马来西亚公民，开个附有提款卡的basi saving account，是可以不需要付年费RM8的。。。（RXX银行是RM20）。。。。
如果他们说没有ATM card了，只剩要付年费的debit card，。。
就当他的面写下他的名字、时间、地点。。
然后说：既然你骗我没有，那么我只好向bank negara及贵公司投诉你 ～

我倒觉得其实debot card比atm好用很多。
打个example,我的public, hongleong的atm也是换去了debit，因为出国的时候，在外国拿钱会方便很多。我在taiwan, australia, hongkong , korea,japan，LA,这些地方直接用debit卡到atm 机拿钱就可以了。
atm卡很多只是 meps,在本地可以。外国就不行了。debit card很多都是由plus, cirrus,visa。所以其实特很方便一下的。 |

这件银行我对他的印象也不好。有次我拿一笔钱要做定存。去到这银行有六个KAUNTER都没人，按了号码等了很久都没闪号码叫我，就去其中一个KAUNTER问，竟然还叫我再等，他们很忙。再等15分钟终于忍不住再去另一个柜台问，态度也不很很散漫爱理不理，摸了很久才从一个厨里拿了好多张表格加起来好厚的一叠，问都要自己填吗？竟然好不爽的语气，是的！做定存就要这样！我们很忙不可能帮你们顾客填！我KAO!我也不是不识字，自己填也完全没问题，我就是不喜欢他的态度，就二话不说把整叠表格还他，说我不要在这里做定存了，我也很忙。我立刻换去另外一间老虎银行，果然老字号有它的道理，表格少他们一半，等不到5分钟，负责人只问了我几个资料就帮我填好只叫我签名，态度很友善。搞到我很不自在，说我自己填也可以的，但他立刻很客气地回我这是他们的工作。 |
