我没批评, 我失望.
我在古晋.
这砂规模最大型购物中心....都是砂劳越标准的最大型购物中心超级市场？？
而且根本不能和KK, KL, JB, Penang, Ipoh 比
真的失望!
古晋其他的the spring, merdeka plaza,... 超级市场都会像富丽华，不够水准。

不可能的，因为青统大夏有那么多层楼零售面积，看看 Tun Jugah, sarawak Plaza 的零售面积leh?
那个统计一定是马来人做的 (for example, see also Sarawak tourist statistic)，你都知道他们够笨啦.

不可能的，因为青统大夏有那么多层楼零售面积，看看 Tun Jugah, sarawak Plaza 的零售面积leh?

halo ....你是不是对kch有什么偏见？！！人家才开第一间，你就拿来跟其它的洲做比较。 那我想问你了，如果你驾kancil的话，你也要拿benz,bmw来比，什么道理咯！！
人家好不容易才开了第一间shopping mall,你就这样说了，那好过不用开，让古晋人永远活在只有永x,tunku jugah ,seberkas。。等下你又作比较了，怎么古晋这么烂，一件像样的shopping mall都没有！！
kl的pivilion 跟 the gardens也是在还没有完工之下就开张了，过了一两个星期，他们都可以做到很好。做么我们不给他一次机会呢？！！ |

内部很不错了...
虽然说比不上别的地方的宽畅...
不过真的已经够大了...
相信是里面还有很多店面还没有开张...
所以没有什么好逛的...
以体积来说...
已经算得不错了... |

Boulevard Kuching opens
The newly opened Boulevard Shopping Mall at Jalan Datuk Tawi Sli in Kuching.

KUCHING: The RM100 million Boulevard Shopping Mall Kuching opened its doors to members of the public here yesterday.
The official opening ceremony was graced by Boulevard Group of Companies Group Chairman Datuk Ling Chiong Ho, witnessed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Boulevard Group of Companies, Don Yew Hoon.
Also present were Boulevard Hypermarket (Kuching) Sdn Bhd Executive Director, Dennis Lee and other invited guests.
The opening yesterday saw shoppers making a beeline to sign up for the shopping mall’s Boulevard Family Card which entitles members to a number of privileges while shopping at Boulevard Hypermarket and Departmental Store.
Located at 4th Mile, Jalan Datuk Tawi Sli here, the mall is built with 720,000 square feet at a cost of RM100 million for Phase I. Construction of Phase II is currently ongoing and due to be completed in August next year while Phase III of Imperial Apartment Hotel is scheduled to be completed in June 2009.
Sarawak’s largest one-stop lifestyle mall will have 52 other retailers that include leading franchises such as Kenny Rogers, KFC, Pizza Hut, Sushi King, Famous Amos, Ayamas, Old Town Kopitiam, Guardian and Watson.
According to Yew, several of the retailers have already started operating while the rest will operate before the year-end.
Other established franchises which had also expressed interest operating at Boulevard included McDonald’s, Starbucks and Dome Cafe, he said.
The mall, which is the first in the State to provide free wireless access to its patrons and customers, comprises five stories with two car park basement floors and more than 2,000 parking bays.
Once Phase II is completed, the mall will add six cineplexes, a 32-lane bowling arena, an ice-skating rink, an amusement arcade, playground, and an exhibition and promotion area.
The mall’s concept, a combination of shopping, entertainment, leisure and recreational venue, offers over 240 units of retail lots of various sizes for rental, over 700 units of Apartment Hotel Suites and over 150,000 square feet covering four floors under Boulevard Hypermarket Departmental Store as the Anchor Tenant Boulevard Hypermarket.
“We have incorporated the mall concept to meet the needs of today’s city dwellers who are always looking a place to unwind and relax from their bustling lives. Other than that, the concept is also ideal with the vibrant and trendy lifestyle of the people living in a booming city like Kuching,” said Yew.
To commemorate the festive season of Christmas, there will be Christmas carolling from December 22 to 24 (2pm to 3pm and 7pm to 8pm) while Santa and Santarina will be distributing gifts to all shoppers from December 22 to 25.
On Christmas Day, there will also be a Christmas Tree Deco Competition and Boulevard Christmas Performance by staff.
Other coming events include a Mini IT Fair (December 26 to 27), TV10 Concert featuring Village Kids (December 28), Phoebe Yap and BoyzFrenz ‘Oh My Honey Meet The Fans Session’ (December 29), Christmas charity project at Sarawak Orphanage Home or Peryatim (December 30) and Boulevard New Year Countdown Party (December 31).
