platinium what?when i call they how to know i am platinium or not?
how u choose the option?when call..
press 3 for chinese,press 0 for talk with cs,press 1 for cc purpose

金卡和白金好像不一样CUSTOMER SERVICE号码，用号码来分辨。昨天我打过去，1 FOR SIGNATURE CUSTOMER , PRESS 2 FOR PLATINUM & OTHERS

每个level的卡有不一样的电话号码，比如premier的就是1800-22-1111
你看看你的卡后面的电话号码就可以了

morning till now,i called 5 times already..5times
still no body answer my call....

白金卡以上级别的服务就是快一点。每次CALL都是最迟等1分钟就有客服接听了，所以WISE我甘愿给300年费拿PLAT就是为了好一点的服务
我看你们这些PREMIER一CALL就是客服听了，不用PRESS ONE FOR BLAHHHH , PRESS TWO FOR XXXXXX了
