馬麵粉廠負債率0.68倍仍可管控

（吉隆坡30日訊）馬麵粉廠（MFLOUR，3662，主要板消費）債務自2010年以來不斷走升，截至去年底升至9億9000萬令吉，引發投資者關注；該公司董事經理鄭偉財稱，公司目前負債率為0.68倍，仍在可管理範圍之內。

鄭偉財告訴財經週刊《Focus Malaysia》，該公司高債務主要是因為購買了昂貴的原材料，如小麥、玉米和黃豆，這些都實營運所需。

“公司正在管理資產負債表，目前負債率約0.68倍。”

鄭偉財並未透露該公司將如何拉低負債率。

馬麵粉廠2016財年營業額報25億3870萬令吉，淨利報7780萬令吉，淨利賺幅達3.1%；2015、2014和2013財年分別為0.9%、3%和2.9%。

马面粉次季净利减半

（吉隆坡18日讯）马面粉（MFLOUR，3662，主板消费产品股）截至6月30日次季，净利几乎减半至1614万9000令吉，但仍建议派息3仙。

同期营业额萎缩5.3%至5亿7592万6000令吉。

累计上半年，净利滑落15%至4105万9000令吉；营业额挫7.4%至11亿8010万1000令吉。

马面粉向交易所报备，当季营业额走跌，是因为面粉和谷物贸易销量减少。

次季税前盈利也下跌至2150万令吉，归咎于面粉和谷物贸易业务的赚幅下滑，且营运开销也高涨。

值得注意的是，去年同期还有一笔420万令吉的单次保险理赔，故比较基础较高。

展望未来，虽然全球经济环境动荡、原产品价格和外汇波动会带来挑战，但董事部相信本财年仍能获利。【e南洋】

马面粉向马交所报备，同期营业额亦扬2.7%至6亿3097万3000令吉，可归功于面粉和谷物的销量提升。

另外，根据文告，第三季税前盈利也录得至2650万令吉，较去年同期1530万令吉出色。除了面粉和谷物业务的贡献，公司在当季也从联营公司收获较高的盈利分配。

（吉隆坡2日讯）马面粉（MFLOUR，3662，主板消费产品股）两家子公司签署业务转让协议，旨在精简业务营运，达到成本节约和提高效率。

马面粉向交易所报备，这两家子公司分别是Dindings Poultry Development Centre私人有限公司（简称DPDC），及MFM Feedmill私人有限公司（简称MFMF）。

DPDC将收购MFMF的所有业务，收购价相等于该业务截至3月31日的净资产价值，将通过向马面粉发行和配发DPDC的新普通股完成，每股发行价为1令吉。

因此，DPDC将成为MFMF的唯一股东。

马面粉称，这项活动可让该公司实现营运规模效益及提高业务效率，且能精简营运过程，在整体行政达到更高效的管理和成本节约。

（吉隆坡30日讯）马面粉厂（Malayan Flour Mills Bhd）在截至今年3月31日止首季（2018财年首季）净赚160万令吉，比上财年同期的2491万令吉，暴跌93.6%。

现财年首季净利骤降，主要是面粉和谷物贸易业务的小麦成本增加，以及家禽综合业务的活禽销量和价格滑落所致。

2018财年首季每股盈利跌至0.29仙，2017财年首季为4.53仙。

营业额则从2017财年首季的6亿418万令吉，按年萎缩6.7%至现财年同季的5亿6382万令吉。

“尽管小麦成本增加，但我们推迟了提高面粉价格的决定，因此维持了我们的市场份额，并且取得了一点销量增长（2018财年首季）。”

该集团说：“展望未来，除了继续努力有效采购原材料，并优化我们的营运成本，以维持利润之外，我们还将谨慎地监控小麦成本变动与市场价格的关系。为了维持业务，我们将作出适当的价格调整。”

尽管全球经济环境不稳定、原产品价格和汇率波动，但董事部预计，今年集团的表现将继续保持正面。
