勿再吃壽司! STOP EATING SUSHI !!!!This is a true case of a Japanese man from Gifu prefecture whocomplains incessantly about a persistent headache. Mr. Shota Fujiwara loves hissashimi and sushi very much to the extent of trying to get them as 'aliveand fresh' as can be for his insatiable appetite. 這個真實的個案,始於一名居於日本岐阜縣區日本人抱怨自己持久不斷地頭痛:Shota Fujiwara 先生非常愛吃生魚片和壽司,為了口慾多番嘗試貪得無厭要吃 '活和鮮' 的。 He develops asevere headache for the past 3 years and has put cut off as migraine and stressfrom work. It was only when he started losing his psychomotor skills that heseeks medical help. A brain scan and x-ray reveals little however. 在過去三年他持續嚴重地覺得頭痛,偏頭痛及憂慮壓力令他不得不放棄工作。當他開始失去正常生理活動能力時,他惟有尋求藥物治療協助,而腦掃瞄和 X 光檢驗效果不太理想。
But upon closerinspection by a specialist on his scalp, the doctor noticed small movementsbeneath his skin. It was then that the doctor did a local anesthetic to hisscalp and discovered the cause when tiny worms crawled out.

Remember: tapeworms and roundworms and their eggs which abound in allfishes fresh or salt fishes can only be killed by thorough cooking and/orfreezing the fish to between 4 deg C - 0 deg C. The eggs of these parasites canonly be killed if it is cooked or frozen to the said temperatures for a week ormore. Think twice about that raw dish next time...or you might get aheadache. 請謹記:在所有新鮮的魚類甚或鹹魚體內,都含有很多 絛蟲 及 蛔蟲 和牠們的蟲卵,只有經過徹底烹調和 / 或者冷凍達攝氏四至零度之間,才能將牠們殺死。至於蟲卵,要經過烹煮或用上述低溫雪藏一星期或以上,才能將其殺害!下次面對那盆未經煮熟的美食,請再三考慮,........... 除非你想頭痛!!
