On behalf of the Board of Directors of EGIB, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that EGIB proposes to undertake a bonus issue of up to 692,909,981 Bonus Shares, on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 1 existing ordinary share in EGIB held by the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on an entitlement date to be determined later.
