Remarks :

The Company has resolved to change its financial year end from 31 December 2024 to 30 June 2025. The rationale for the change is as follows: The Group is currently in the process of finalizing several key corporate proposals and to allow for better alignment of financial reporting and operational resource planning in support of the Group's ongoing business activities. Following this change, the next audited financial statements will cover an 18-month period from 1 January 2024 to 30 June 2025.
