在完成收购及开始產业发展计划之后，公司的主要业务將是產业发展。

有关土地面积约6.933英亩，卖主是东姑弗兹雅，並早已在2012年11月获得浪交怡市政局的批准，在有关的土地上发展39个单位的服务式公寓。

（吉隆坡8日讯）高伟科技（KOBAY，6971，主板工业产品股）宣布以1400万令吉收购浮罗交怡岛上，面积达6.933英亩地皮，作为服务式别墅发展计划；同时委任Messrs.Karsan亚洲私人有限公司为该项工程顾问。

该公司向马交所报备，土地收购价等于每平方尺47令吉，发展计划分2期进行。

第一期发展总值达5000万令吉，有39个别墅单位，第二期发展计划和总值待定。

根据资料，该土地原为农业地，但正申请改为商务用途，若获批准，工程料于明年或后年启动，并在动工后3年内完成。

（吉隆坡6日訊）高偉科技（KOBAY,6971,主板工業產品組）建議以770萬令吉代價脫售檳城一塊租賃工業地，估計賺取540萬令吉一次性盈利。

The Company is currently a dormant company. As a result of the allotment, Kobay’s equity interest was diluted from 100% to 70%. （吉隆坡26日訊）高偉科技（KOBAY，6971，主要板工業）業績成功轉虧為盈，帶動股價一度大漲13仙，成為十大上升股之一。

高偉科技開市報1.15令吉，早盤持續呈揚升走勢，並大漲13仙至1.24令吉全日最高水平，休市掛1.22令吉，起11仙。閉市時，該股報1.22令吉，起11仙，成交量43萬9200股。

該公司截至6月底末季業績轉虧為盈，從淨虧51萬令吉，在本財年取得141萬令吉淨利；營業額則按年起13%，至2543萬令吉，去年同期為2245萬令吉。
