拖欠3个月房贷可以refinance吗？

目前拖欠HLB房贷3个月了不知道可不可以refinance?那间银行可以？ |

你好，基于这问题，几率性较低。如果还完3个月的欠款再申请，做refinance较容易成功。

CCRIS will show ur record for 12 months, if ur CCRIS got 3, the best way is wait til CCRIS clear that 3, if got 1, still consider ok. not really a big problem if u wanna refinance.....but u need to check with CTOS, coz if got 3 showed in CCRIS, u might have record in CTOS...just double check.... |

我之前有個customer他的CCRIS有3.。過後都是clear的，嘗試和銀行爭取。。不是沒有可能的。。現在還在處理中

楼主，你的纪录已经不美了，银行怎么会批准你新的贷款申请呢？赶快去供屋吧，不然就卖掉，不然再多两个月就会中拍卖了 |
