马币去哪里兑换港币/澳币/人民币比较好？

过几天就要出发去澳门了，会进去中国一趟再到香港。
目前手上只有马币，不知道去哪里兑换比较划算一些。请指点迷津。
抑或是去到当地才兑换比较flexible？但我怕国外不收马币的。

要怎么存钱到big card里呢？
我在网上做activated了，不过没还没收到card的password哦。到时怎么去在atm机里提款啊？
