21层公寓都有白蚁窝，还能值500k?

我正租着一间公寓的单位，第20层，环境不错，出入主要大道很方便。可是我一搬来就发现有白蚁，那些白蚁的生命力超强，久久不能根除。最近听说1000sq ft 可以买到RM500k。还值得买来投资吗？

Many owners want to dispose it because the terminate problem is getting worse and management only ask pest control to spray the poison. Until now, I still can spot the terminate movement especially in master bedroom's toilet. One technician who is working in the management office told me almost every unit has the terminate problem. When I see interested buyer come to see this condo, I feel like want to tell them the truth but I am worrying those owner will come after me.

我有一位朋友从小在ss2长大，她告诉我以前这整片地是一座小芭，之后就发展到现在的Dxmxnsxxa Ixxan 和公寓。所以有白蚁应该是很正常的事。
我只是好奇为什么还能卖500千。
