这是我的投诉信。英文也是半桶水。希望各帮到大家。

早上,把这封email 寄给 给他们的ceo 和 ministry of energy and water... 

下午放工是telekom 的technician
就来电,还complain 我为什么上诉到那么多地方。 我只回他谁叫你们的服务这样慢,装port 要一个星期吗? 他就静了下来。然后,给我他的电话,以后还遇到什么问题,就打电话给他。隔天就能上网了。

NO STREAMYX CONNECTION IN PREMISE 03-806xxxxx

By following communication and multimedia act 1998, commission determination on the mandatory standards for quality of service (broadband access service),I am requesting you to fulfill my service restoration within 24hours from today.



At 2006/July/29 I have registered Streamyx broadband online services with TM Net Sdn Bhd authorized reseller SyncTech Computer & Software Development.  I subscribed for the package which is RM44 per month, and chose self-installation. At the appointment date on 31/July/2006, I have tested the services at my home with all requirements of services, but the test failed, the test showed that is no DSL signal from telephone line. After testing with another modem, I made a call to TM Net to request them to check is that they have done all the process to provide me broadband services, they reply me that because my account is not been activated yet. The TM Net customer services advise me to activate my account. So I activated my account on 4/August/2006 through SMS and my report on that day is 2275118.



On 7/August/2006, I call back to TM Net with the report number 2275118 for follow up the report status. The reply from customer service is they are still in progress, and ask me to call back in following day. On 8/August/2006,I call back again to check my report status and the answer from customer service is still in activation progress and ask me to call back on 10/August/2006.On that day, I make a call again, the answer still same, my report still in progress and the customer service ask me to call technical assistant (03-26870111) to check what is the problem on my streamyx accessibility. So I call to the technical assistant, the reply is they are still waiting feedback from Telekom regarding my report because they found that the port to access streamyx in my area is full.



Today (11/August/2006), I call back again to TM Net technical assistant to check the feedback from Telekom. The answer is they still didn't receive any reply mail from Telekom. I ask for a telephone number for calling technical assistant of Telekom. The answer is TM Net technical assistant don't have the telephone number of technical assistant of Telekom. They contact technical assistant of Telekom through email.



For not wasting my time again in contacting customer service and technical assistant, I now issue this letter to you (TM Net management) to take this issue seriously. There is no interaction between TM Net and Telekom. If the port is full and there is no streamyx services to my premise, why TM Net can approve my application and why the reply from Telekom and servicing on the port of is so slow.



Beside that, I will bring this issue to Kementerian Tenaga, Air and Komunikasi. I hope ministry can pay more attention on the broadband services and a necessary action should be making for the broadband services in our country. A broadband service is one of the important infrastructures like energy and water. This infrastructure can affect to the industrial of information technology in our country and affect our country in the process to be developed country. The usage of broadband in our country is very low because of the poor services from provider and the cost is too expensive.  



If TM Net or Telekom can't restore my service until 14/August/2006 , I have no choice to cancel my account. I wouldn't pay RM44 per month without getting the streamyx service.

downgrade了,我第一次register的第三个week就downgrade到现在的真真我要downgrade。

电话call了,说是会
但是都不知道他们会不会downgrade我的bill呢。
因为看过很多的example。

上次sent mail去,他们有回我说reject我。。。
给我骂。。。
现在什么都不要sent给我了。

明天call去billing department问看一下我的package是多少。
如果还是RM88的话,
那个technician

保重了。

忘了我还要和她讨rebill和看看有没有discount

看看TM最喜欢的抵赖方法:
Upon checking in our system, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you with any rebate due to your own modem faulty, which caused a connection failure for Streamyx service. Please note that the modem faulty in your premise is beyond our control as you were subscribed for Streamyx non-modem package.> > For your information, rebate can only be proposed if the technical difficulty experienced by customer was due to our end. Unfortunately, this reason is not a valid reason for us to grant a rebate, as it is the responsibility of customers to assure these actions are done to ensure that the equipment at your premise is in proper working condition.> > Under Clause 12 in the Terms & Conditions on the application form, it is customers responsible to provide basic infrastructure including their own modem for access to the Service. The excerpt Clause 12 is as follows:> > 12. Customer's Responsibilities> > 12.1 The Customer shall:> i. be responsible for the set-up or configuration of his own equipment for access to the Service;

我想请问下,我在9月21日申请streamyx了,我是申请RM 88 的PACKAGE(WITHOUT MODEM),可是我到现在,我所购买的MODEM的DSL等到现在都没亮,我打了很多通电话去03-2680111这个电话,可是他们却要我等一两天,因为什么什么JUMPER SETTINGS 还没弄好,我等了将近两个星期了,可是还是不可用,请问我应该要怎样?

请你留下你的 report number,然后询问你的account 是否 active,如果已经active, 请要求rebate

提醒:打电话给他不是免费的哦~
有了 report number就等它来弄了,对你比较有利的是它不能乱算钱。

我的DSL灯一直闪...可是有时没有...没有闪的时候都上不到网...
打去给 1300-88-9515 一直给我那些废的答案...弄到我都快闷了...打到显了..

我自己有不知道是自己的问题还是STREAMYX的问题...

各位大大..帮帮小弟啊...
