i booked some condo too - MYEONG-DONG CYNOSURE STIDO. Booked in May for my July trip. Owner requested me to pay via paypal, i did and received booking.com confirmation, but CYNOSURE did not send me the address and unit number, so i wrote to booking.com to complaint, booking.com contacted owner, owner contact me said will send me address 3 day before my check in date. Again i received nothing from owner and owner not responding to my whatsapp and email again, i complaint to booking.com again. 1 day before (to be exact 12 hour before my flight) booking.com called me said owner cancel my booking due to some unforeseen circumstances, booking.com offer me alternative. I did not want the alternative offer from booking.com (location not good), booking.com assured me that i will get my refund from owner (booking.com knew that i made payment using paypal). SO I booked another condo in airbnb (the rent is 50% more because last minute). While i was in Seoul, i whatsapp and email the CYNOSURE's owner to ask for refund, owner ignore me again. I complaint to booking.com, only then owner replied me said gave him few day but couldn't commit when. I feedback again to booking.com and requested booking.com to follow up with owner, owner then replied me said will refund within 10 days. I got my full refund after 5 day. I guessed i'm the lucky one to get refund.
