Just recently get the purchase/booking form for purchase at PANDANMAS RESIDENCE 2.
Now I'm concern the home loan. RM300000, I need loan RM270000
I now got 2 choose.
* RHB offer BR = 4%+0.55%, Loan tenure 35 years - RM1286
* Public Bank offer BR = 3.65% + 0.80%, Loan tenure 35 years - RM1270
