• fresh graduates are most welcome
responsibilities:
• liase with supplier on purchasing matters
• issue purchase order in accordance to company policies
• update purchasing records in system
• prepare daily or monthly purchases, bills and expenses reports.
• filing all the purchases, expenses and bills from suppliers are filing
• file the bills from suppliers
• monitor the print production to meet the promised deadline.
• monitor the print quality to ensure it meet the requirement
• ensure the account statement always match with suppliers side
• you may assign to other duties base on your skills and knowledges
requirements:
• good atttitude is essential! punctual, responsible & honest
• fresh school leavers are most welcome
• computer literate with faster typing skill
• you may required to have mandarin and cantonese skill due to liase with supplier from china and hong kong.
