OPC/Grape Seed basically are the same thing.
Grape seed is the souce for OPC, because of the marketing trick, most of the advertisement will use OPC instead of grape seed to sound more professional...And yet most of the people does not know what is OPC too.....
The reason I know about the OPC/grape seed is from a direct sales company called E.Excel Malaysia.
So, if you ask me what brand to recommend to you....
I am sure you will figure out the answer if you insist me to recommend to you..:)

What kind of OPC or grape seed that recommended to eat? Basically as long as it is grape seed, it consists of OPC.
OPC is a substance that exist in the grape seed....Instead of marketing as "Grape Seed", most the brand will use OPC because it sound more professional and most of the people will not understand what it is.....
I am sharing my knowledge about the collagen drink....
First thing that you need to consider when you start taking supplement....
Is the source safe to be eaten? What are the sources that they extracted from? How is the process and the elimination of toxic substances???
Honestly to tell you...I am not qualify to recommend what kind of brand will give you the effect...
This is because different people will have different absorption rate...
Some people will see the immediate effect...but some it takes time.....
I get to know all this from my direct sales...
The direct sales company is not aiming of push the sales for their products...But their aim is to educate the people nowadays....
