- i don't have specific destination, i am the one who just grab air ticket, then go. recently i grab hong kong and macau , sep 2019. think to go disney land and ocean park again. hehehe, didn't go there after year 2010.

- it is depend on what you want. i like chios but you have to have transport, either by rent a tour car or doing couch surfing or rent a bike. i like chios very much. the expenses is not high as in mykonos and santorini. the only problem is the transportation problem. i am lucky enough to get my mate who from Poland who travel at chios at that time with her own car. then, i accidentally met vagalise again that time. he brought me around with a very sincere heart. i don't know will you be that lucky..hahaha

- yes. my friend A outstation to europe last year june. she booked the same hot ballon tour that my another friend B booked. last time my friend B booked with 85euro on September, but friend B booked with 165Euro. the same tour but the price is double.
ir2isnq: have to prepare more money for it. :(:(
then for the tour i used, i booked with 100euro, on june i check, the price is 185euro.
so beware of it especially on your budget.
actually those who save a lot always travel after the peak season, mean moderate or low season

- it is depending on your luck as well. normally , i buy everything on the spot. may until august is the pick season, everything is double to triple of the original price. so i can't recommend any thing, normally i will visit during low season that make everything fixable

finally brought the air ticket is to Greece (May 2019) instead of Turkey. lol.

for your trip, you go mykonos, santorini, then will be no direct flight to pamukkale and cappadocia. you can only change at athen to istanbul. i do not sure the schedule about the ferry directly from santorini to ephesus (selcuk's port) or (cesme's port). these are the only two port that connect greece island with Turkey. you can check ferry online. if no departure, mean no ferry on that day
may be you need to check the destination journey and also the time frame so that you won't be too rush. for example, i give up santorini and end up at Chios island due to pack ferry problem.
