So far, I only book Airport Transfer & Fantasea. The price is the same as what quoted in the package without any discount.
I haven't book Phi Phi Island tour from him thou. So, not sure if he would give any discount for this one.
I'm not sure which hotel could meet your requirement, but, I will be staying at Millennium Resort, which is within walking distance to Patong Beach & interconnect with the largest mall - Juncylon.
Actually, this is my first trip to Phuket. So, I don't have as much info.

Btw, which hotel is good? My colleagues told me not to stay at Patong Beach area. She say better stay at Kata or Karon…
