寶寶不安的情況主要是在飛機起飛和降落的時候因爲耳壓升高的關係而感到不舒服，可以嘗試在那個時候進行餵奶，讓寶寶在吞嚥的時候幫助調整耳内壓。
如果你真的很擔心的話，可以考慮打水痘預防針，詳細情形還是向專科醫生查詢比較妥當。:)

- 去日本的話基本上不用再打預防針計劃以外的預防針。
不過對一個22個月的小寶寶來説，我不建議帶去那麽遠的地方旅行。
一來寶寶需要忍受漫長的飛行時間，二來飛機内的空氣極爲乾燥，其實充滿細菌，對免疫系統還未成熟的寶寶來説不是很好，三來現在新的流感病毒H7N9正在肆虐，我們不曉得它什麽時候會突變，能夠在人和人之間傳染，對寶寶來説也是一種威脅。:)
