（吉隆坡）數碼網絡（DIGI，6947；主板基建計劃組）與時光網（TIMECOM，5031；主板基建計劃組）正式簽署結盟合約後，估計可順利在下半年推出3G和寬頻服務，加上雙方未來料會更緊密合作，分析員不排除重估時光網評級。

亞歐美研究維持買進數碼網絡的建議，時光網則未有投資評級。

該行認為雙方結盟後將進行更多計劃，有助促進電訊業成長，令整體服務水平、滲透率和效率均獲得提升。

亞歐美研究相信，所有與3G光譜轉移項目有關的審核事務將在未來6個月期限內完成。

由於國內寬頻網絡連通性仍低，目前仍有半數用戶使用窄頻，數碼網絡可通過時光網的光纖網絡為“主幹”，推出固線和無線寬頻服務，並以3G和無線寬頻（Wifi）科技為“最後一哩（Last Mile）連接技術，以解決現有服務和產品的限制，為雙方創造更多的商機。

此外，在業務結盟協議中，數碼網絡也將在未來36個月內，以每年最低1200萬令吉代價，使用時光網的光纖網絡和數據承載能力，有助以突破馬電訊（TM，4863；主板貿服組）壟斷格局。

與此同時，時光網2006年非執照營業額僅達到3160萬令吉，而數碼網絡的加入估計將推高營業額40%，儘管聯合成本也將稍微上漲。

分析員指出，雖然新業務僅佔該公司2006年營業額3.7%，但2007年上半年營業額貢獻比重已上漲至16.5%。

另一方面，數碼網絡以換股方式，配售2750萬股新股予時光網，獻購時光網的3G頻譜服務，料為時光網2008年現金流增加1500萬令吉的淨利息，估計時光網2008年業務料不會進一步惡化。

知道的话,我可能已经是马股股神了..

合约是真的,TIMECOM也的确买了DIGI的股, 日后TIMECOM也的确是可以得到股息.
这些都是对TIMECOM有利而无害的, 那么身为TC的大股东, 却为什么要不停卖票?
难道看坏TC? 认为TC会倒闭? 可是, TC是被保护的公司,就算"悟掂",都有人会捐血打救...

不用想浆多，timedotcom 发新股和esos的速度是其他公司比不上的。卖股票是是他们的side income 来的。会吃票的应该是epf吧，不用本的。
