The Board of Directors of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (“HRC” or “Company”) wishes to announce that HRC’s Single Buoy Mooring (“SBM”) (a loading buoy anchored offshore, that serves as a mooring point and interconnection for offloading of crude oil) located at its jetty at Port Dickson has sustained damage to an underwater valve and is now undergoing repair. The SBM is anticipated to return to normal operations by early November 2019. The refinery intake has been reduced by approximately 50% as a result of the above incident. However, the Company has put in place mitigating measures to ensure there are no disruptions of production supplies to its customers. The Company is currently investigating the causes of the damage as well as assessing the financial impacts. There has been no environmental impact and relevant government authorities have been informed. This announcement is dated 22 October 2019.

Description	Delay of Euro4 Mogas Project
1. INTRODUCTION The Board of Directors of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (“HRC” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the progress of the Company’s Euro4 Mogas Project (“Project”) is delayed and is currently expected to complete by Fourth Quarter of 2020. There will be no impact to the Company’s operation and no supply disruption to the market. From 1st January 2020 onwards until Project completion, the Company will continue to produce Euro4M specification product to customers and the shortfall caused by the Project delay will be imported. 2. DELAY DUE TO POOR QUALITY The delay is due to quality issues related to pipe fittings supplied by the EPCC LSTK (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commission Lumpsum Turnkey) contractor discovered by the Company during a recent Project review. To ensure that the quality and safety standards of the Project are met, additional time is required for the contractor to procure and install the replacement fittings at their cost. 3. IMPACT TO THE COMPANY The impact on the Company’s profitability is expected to be minimal. This announcement is dated 29 November 2019.

The Board of Directors of Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (“HRC” or “Company”) wishes to announce that a fire incident had occurred at one of its crude tank in Refinery Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. The fire started at approximately 04:20 p.m. today (22 May 2020). The damages sustained from the fire incident are restricted to one crude tank area. Other sections of the refinery and office building were not affected. Preliminary indications of the fire were due to lightning strike. The financial impact has yet to be fully ascertained. The company is looking into ascertaining the actual extend and damages arising from the fire with relevant parties. The Board will make a further announcement in due course, for any further development, if required. This announcement is dated 22 May 2020.
