We still have a problem with delivering you the COLORIT Bonder by FedEx
because this Bonder is classified as hazardous good and FedEx does not
transport any hazardous goods to Hong Kong. That means if we handed over
consignment to FedEx they would return it to us immediately because they
cannot transport hazardous goods to Hong Kong.

There would be a relatively
easy solution of this problem: Please ask your customer to buy NOVORIT Bond
instead of COLORIT Bonder. The NOVORIT Bond is not classified as hazardous
good and FedEx can deliver this article to you without any problems.

You
must know that the COLORIT Bonder you ordered is a kind of basic "glue"
which must be applyed to surfaces before COLORIT colours can stick to them.
The same "glue" can also be applied by using first NOVORIT Bond and then
NOVORIT Link. Simply explained: COLORIT Bonder = NOVORIT Bond + NOVORIT
Link.


If you/your customer agreed we would deliver you 1 pc. 3 g NOVORIT Bond
instead of 1 pc. COLORIT Bonder. In this case FedEx would transport
consignment and your customer would be able to apply the COLORIT Deep Black
without any problems.

If your customer wants to know for sure that he can
replace COLORIT Bonder by NOVORIT Link and NOVORIT Bond please pass him our
general instructions of use we attached to this e-mail. There is information
stated about usage of NOVORIT Link and NOVORIT Bond instead of COLORIT
Bonder.


Colorit Bond - required for chemical compound between Colorit and surfaces to be coated

Colorit Bonder - Combination of Primer and Bond, either use Novorit Link and Novorit Bond or only Colorit Bonder for creating a compounds between basic materials and Colorit colours
