第三季赚幅走高 广宇工业净利扬69%

（吉隆坡16日讯）营业额增加、产品销售组合赚幅提高及其他项目收益提振，广宇工业（PIE，7095，主板工业产品股）在截至9月杪第三季净利扬68.6%。

该季净利从去年的828万6000令吉，增加至1396万7000令吉。

该季营业额也从去年的1亿3143万令吉，按年上扬至16.1%，录得1亿5253万令吉。

3季扬33.4%

广宇工业在业绩报告中解释，营业额的增加归功于客户对电子产品的需求量增加，同时，也抵消了对电线和电缆较低需求量所带来的影响。

在首9个月，净利按年上涨33.4%，取得3376万4000令吉；而营业额却微跌1%，至3亿9996万令吉。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡22日訊）廣宇科技（PIE，7095，主要板工業）股價連續數日勁漲，今日再刷新高，遭馬證交所發出“異常交易活動”（UMA）質詢，不過該公司稍后回應，堅稱對股項異動不知情。

今早開市時，廣宇科技已延續日前走勢勁漲，揚8仙至10.08令吉，早盤步步高升，迅速突破新高水平，休市時漲幅擴大至54仙，股價掛10.54令吉，交投量僅41萬1600股。

午盤時該股持續勁漲，盤中最高曾漲90仙至10.90令吉，刷新盤中最高價位，閉市時漲62仙至10.62令吉，成交量51萬7300股。

在這之前，廣宇科技單單是本週一（21日）已漲48仙至10令吉水平，兩日漲幅高達1.10令吉。

該股漲勢凌厲惹馬證交所關注，遭當局發出質詢，要求該公司解釋是否可能導致股項異動的企業活動或傳聞，並籲請投資者謹慎交易；不過稍晚廣宇科技對此報備稱，不清楚股項異動原因。

廣宇科技今早甫開市即跌46仙或4.26%至10.34令吉，隨后一度下挫48仙至10.32令吉的全日最低水平；休市報10.44令吉，跌36仙，收窄早前跌幅，半日成交量僅2500股。

截至4點半，廣宇科技跌30仙，報10.50令吉，成交量85萬3200股。

廣宇科技上週一（21日）先漲48仙至10令吉，22日閉市掛10.62令吉，盤中曾大漲90仙至10.90令吉的最高水平，刷新最高價位紀錄；2日累計漲幅高達1.10令吉。因漲勢逼人，引發馬證交所關注並發出異常波動質詢。

不過稍晚廣宇科技對此報備稱，不清楚股項異動原因。

（吉隆坡10日讯）广宇工业（PIE，7095，主板工业产品股）上财年首9个月的税前盈利，取得强劲的双位数增长，因此，公司放眼全年业绩可刷新纪录。

《星报》引述董事经理梅重明谈话报道，公司在上财年首9个月，税前盈利按年扬36.94%，至4441万6000令吉，超越前一年同期的3243万5000令吉。

同期净利报3376万4000令吉或每股净利43.96仙，按年涨33.42%。

“公司在去年，把市价5000万令吉的额外工业电子产品和医疗设备，提供给新纳入和现有的客户，因而为业绩捎来助力。”

展望未来，梅重明看好广宇工业不仅可交出良好的全年业绩表现，更可在今年首季展现卓越表现，因公司已有价值1亿令吉的产品，准备好交付给客户。

扩展医疗设备业务

此外，公司也目标扩展医疗设备业务，把该业务在总订单所占的比例，从去年的5%，在今年提高至10%。

（吉隆坡12日讯）广宇工业（PIE，7095，主板工业产品股）建议进行股票拆细，把目前面值为每股1令吉的普通股，分拆为5股普通股，每股面值20仙。

根据文告，广宇工业展开股票拆细活动，是为了通过增加公司股票数量，来提升股票在市场上的流通率。

同时，公司股价根据股票拆细而进行调整后，将处于更可负担的水平，因而有望吸引更多投资者。

这项股票拆细活动预计在今年第3季完成，届时，公司的缴足资本，将从截至上周一（4日）的7680万8397股，增加至3亿8404万1985股。

基本面强　前景仍看好　广宇大跌浮现买进机会

（吉隆坡30日讯）虽然广宇科技（PIE，7095，主板工业股）的2016財政年首季（截至3月31日止）盈利远不如预期，但分析员依然看好该公司前景，並建议若该股出现股价大跌的局面，是投资者趁跌买进的好机会。

广宇科技週一跳空开低，以13令吉开盘，但依然无法止泻，直线猛跌至全天最低的11.72令吉，过后才局部收窄跌幅，全天下跌1.14令吉或8.68%，报12令吉，成交量达68万7700股，並且是全场第2大下跌股。

肯纳格投行分析员指出，广宇科技的首季净利跟以往大相径庭，只达到他对该公司全年净利预测的8%，而在过去3年，首季净利通常达到全年净利的15%至26%水平。该公司上週五（27日）公佈首季业绩，净利按年暴跌79.5%，至210万令吉；营业额则增长7.8%，至1亿1973万令吉。

外匯波动拖累

为此，分析员把对广宇科技的2016年全年核心净利预期，调低7%，至6100万令吉。不过，分析员依然维持该股的「超越大市」评级，目標价格也维持在14.55令吉。该公司在4月时建议把每股股票拆细成5股，分析员对拆细后的目標价格设在2.91令吉。

这是因为，广宇科技的首季净利大退步，是受到外匯波动影响所累，並不意味其基本面生变。

分析员指出，首季令吉兑美元在当季的最低水平为1美元兑4.29令吉，最高则上探3.90，令该公司的外匯亏损恶化，比预期更严重。

儘管净利遭到外匯亏损衝击，但广宇科技的首季营业额依然按年成长7.8%，主要受工业產品製造业务的电讯客户订单增加所带动。令分析员感到雀跃的是，广宇科技成功从其它供应商手中，夺得相关电讯客户的更多订单，意味客户对该公司的信心增强，未来可能带来更多的订单。

广宇科技的营业额因客户订单增加而走高，也导致其毛利取得5%的健康成长率，也是分析员依然看好该公司的原因。按季比较，广宇科技的营业额大跌54%，但主要是受工作日较少的季节性因素影响，不足为虑。

整体而言，分析员依然看好广宇科技，认为该公司的盈利將保持韧性，且股票流通性將隨著拆细股票后，获得改善，將刺激更多交投活动。

分析员看好的原因主要有二：

第一，不久前，该公司爭取到一名涉足全球工业电子领域的新欧洲客户，这名客户的订单预料將逐步从少变多，最终可能成为该公司的大客户。

第二，广宇科技已进行重大转型，添设了全自动注塑成型生產线、电脑数值控制（CNC）中心，以及新的五金冲压部门，预料將能爭取到更多订单。

（吉隆坡8日讯）盈利赚幅跌，营运开销及为滞销库存提出的拨备增加，导致广宇工业（PIE Industries Bhd）第二季净利下跌。

截至6月杪次季，该集团净利跌35.8%至613万令吉，上财年同期为955万令吉。外汇收益提高和撤销呆账拨备，限制了盈利跌幅。

次季营业额从1亿3636万令吉，下滑0.3%至1亿3589万令吉，因来自现有客户对电子制造活动和电线与电缆产品需求下降，尽管部分受到贸易活动更高的收入所抵销。

首半年净利从去年同期的1980万令吉，跌逾半至824万令吉；营业额则增3.3%至2亿5561万令吉，同期是2亿4742万令吉，因新旧客户对所有制造和贸易活动的订单增加。

展望未来，广宇工业预计2016年的表现平平。这是鉴于最低薪金制的落实，以及令吉兑美元趋强，对盈利表现构成重大挑战。

广宇工业（PIE，7095，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季，净利按年下跌35.78%，至613万2000令吉，或每股净利8仙，低于上财年同季的954万8000令吉，或12仙。

营业额亦从上财年同期的1亿3635万5000令吉，微落0.34%，至1亿3588万6000令吉。

累积首半年，净利按年锐减58.40%至823万6000令吉，或每股净利11仙；营业额则按年略增3.31%，至2亿5561万1000令吉。

行家建议：

相对上一年，广宇工业拥有更佳的制造产能及能够提供更多高增值服务，进而带来更多商机，然而，宏观经济疲软、营运效率较低，加上高外汇兑换率，导致海外客户的订单比预期少。

因此，上半年的业绩，也低于我们的预测。

尽管如此，广宇工业正通过增值服务培育新客户，早前也获得涉及国际工业电子业务的欧洲新客户，虽然现阶段的盈利贡献不大，但未来料流入更多订单，因此，我们乐观看待公司的长期前景。

不过，我们下修2016和2017财年的净利预测，幅度分别为20%和8%，目标价格也从2.91令吉，下调至2.67令吉。

广宇工业第三季净利暴跌67% 营业额和赚幅皆走低

（吉隆坡7日讯）广宇工业（PIE Industrial Bhd）第三季净利暴跌67.1%至460万令吉，同期净赚1397万令吉，归咎于较低的营业额和产品组合赚幅。

截至2016年9月30日止的财政年营业额报1亿3020万令吉，同期录得1亿5050万令吉，跌幅为14.7%，主要因为现有客户的电子制造活动、钢丝原料及电缆产品的需求减少，惟此负面影响为贸易活动营业额走高而遭部分抵消。

该集团向大马交易所报备，2016财年首九个月的净利大跌62%至1283万令吉，同期净利录得3376万令吉；营业额也从同期的3亿9996万令吉，按年下滑3.55%至3亿8580万令吉。

“由于全球经济复苏的能见度较低，外加新项目的大量订单延期，我们下半年的出货量将不如去年预期般。”

该集团补充道，劳动市场即将实施最低工资，加上市场对于技高一筹的技工需求升高，这些因素也将成为集团盈利表现的主要挑战。

广宇工业表示，集团将继续加强整合其制造能力，保持充足的制造能力，以迎合新客户及现有客户的外包订单。

如无任何意外，该集团预计，本财年的业绩表现料持平。
