Symantec Antivirus无法scan我的电脑

我电脑里面的Symantec Antivirus不知怎么突然不能scan我的电脑。每次我启动按"Full Scan",它就会说"Could not start scan.Scan engine returned error 0 x 20000058".到底是什么问题呢？？我已经很头痛了，希望得到各位的帮忙。谢谢！ |

Do you have XP's version of "msconfig" installed? You might be able to get rid of the message that way.
You can download XP msconfig here. (http://www.fbinternet.org/files/msconfig.zip) Just unzip and copy and paste it into the "C:\WINNT\System32" folder. Then go to "start>run>" type in "msconfig" and go to the startup tab and look for "system32.exe". If it's there, take the checkmark out of it. |
