请大家帮帮忙,用其他的方式(英文)写出意思相近的文章,也帮忙看看这文章有些能改进或错误吗.

Monday is the most unpopular day for most of the people especially student and normal worker. Because they need to go to school or office. They call it "Monday Blue". But actually there is a small group of people they got a different mood compare with other people on Monday. They like every weekday, no matter Monday or Wednesday, they always anticipate everyday they still alive, and they believe everyday will get some surprise in their life. Why they can think totally difference compare with other people?

It is because the way they're thinking is always positive, they know that every day, every minute, every second is the chance for them to learn, improve themself. The precious every second when they are still breathing.

However, there is a small group of people who see Mondays differently. For these people, Mondays are no different than Wednesdays, Fridays, or any other days in the week. They treasure everyday of the week and look forward to every moment that they are still alive. Everyday is a surprise for them. What makes them to have such different mindset as compared to other people?

It is the power positive thinking. They see each new day, each new minute and each new second as another chance for them to learn and improve themselves.

其实为什么星期一我们会比较累，除了心理上的因素（因为还有5天才可休息），还有生理上的。。
一天有24小时，但我们人类的生理钟（biological clock）一天大约是25个小时。。
如果每天都需要早醒，我们的时间就每天调整。。也就是说，在还没有自然地过完25小时，我们（或是闹钟）就reset它了。。所以每天都调整一点点。。
周末，我们的biological clock就不受约束，超过24小时。。
到了星期一，忽然间要reset比平时多。。所以就monday blue。。

首先.我要感激网友们的热心.

我会建议大家依照楼主想要翻译的意思去翻译.
然后再给予意见说明哪里需要增强/修改/注意等.
而并非自行修改内容.


Monday is the first day of school and work after a short weekend break.(可以另加解释,增强下一句的内容 e.g. people are coming off the weekend with a long week ahead of them etc. etc.) Therefore, most people dread it,especially students and the general working population. That's how the term "Monday Blues" came about.(有S跟没有S有很大的差别).

However, some people see Monday differently. To them, Monday is no different from any other weekday.

到了这里我不是很明白楼主的意思.

"they always anticipate everyday they still alive" <-- 他们每一天都期待他们会活着? 我觉得意思有点奇怪. 你是想表达

'他们期待活着的每一天,因为生活充满了惊喜'?
'他们期待他可以还可以活着,因为生命是充满惊喜'?
'他们期待他们可以继续生存下去,同时他们也相信生活是充满惊喜的'?


以上是几个可能性.看起来描述得似乎很累赘.可是'anticipate'及'and'这2个词可以改变整个句子的意思.
简单来说,这句话的意思并不能直接翻译去英文. 以免不小心把原本的意思扭曲.所以想知道楼主你真正想表达些什么? 经过了一些讨论以后,我发现若以东方人跟西方人的角度去看这个句子的话，确实有着不小的落差

有些人用不同的眼光看星期一。對於這些人來説，星期一與平常的日子是一樣的。

我觉得如果是以你的句子的话
会把前面那句显示得多余

除非你把那两句合成一句,然后后面解释说'对于其他人却是有分别的'
