各位, if you have friend or relative never study QS and want to work as QS. You are welcome to ask them send the resume to qs0037.quanyers@gmail.com.
收入 如下:-
i) RM 1000 for Non QS graduated team member.
ii) RM 1300 when they familiar to study RC and Archi Drawing. (After 6 Months from (i))
iii) RM 1500 when they familiar with RC taking off (After another 6 Months)
iii) RM 1800 when they familiar with Archi taking off (Take another 6 Months)
iii) RM 2000 when they familiar to insert Qty into BQ (Take another 6 Months)
iii) RM 2300 when they familiar to price BQ (Take another 6 Months)
v)) RM 2500 when they familiar with QS works formatting and presentation (Take another 6 Months)
vi) Profit Sharing (Can reach RM 6000 to RM 8000 ave/months or more like most of our partners) when they familiar with above works to client. How? For example: If somebody can complete 4 Semi-D taking within One months if he work under contractor firm, his salary still only RM 3000 or RM 4000. If he sub the works from a contractor or developer at RM 2000/unit, he get about RM 8000.00/months.
More business opportunity will be share with them when they become our team member.
We will provide training class to cover the structural and archi elements, rc measurement, archi measurement, prepare simple description, pricing and PAM contract 2006. We will encourage them to take the part time QS course later to gain the academy qualification to increase their personal value.
We will support each other whether in knowledge, human resource so that we can complete every Outsource QS work on time to our client. |
