我刚从SUNWAY CONSTRUCTION完成我的6-months internship，我还有做过半年的part time subcon QS。
我是住在kepong的，想找多一份subcon 的part time QS 来做。我可以帮忙做taking off 和做progress claim。我也懂的使用autoCAD 来画图和算quantity，比如说earthwork。。

我想找工作啊。
现在,在constructing company做工。
在读degree之前有在construction company做过一年工。
去年12月degree毕业, then就回到同一间公司。
因为不能学到正统的measurement
so,我想换换环境。
希望在kepong或sg.buloh 地区的。

在consultant做了两年，现在换了新公司，在这department没有机会做measurement了，想找freelance的measurement工作，好怕久了会不熟系。。。 |

Quantity Surveyor
Job Descriptions:- Responsible to prepare, review and administration of contract proposal relating to contract projects.
- Preparing bid and negotiating specification for materials, equipment and manpower.
- Preparing and reviewing budget on awarded tenders.
- Participate site visit, commercial meeting and negotiate with client.
- Monitoring and analyzing project cost estimates, expenditures and forecast.
- Preparation of work certification in accordance to work progress executed.
Job Requirements:- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Advance Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Successful candidate shall be based in HQ, Seri Serdang. However he is require to travel to job site for site visit.
