On behalf of the Board, KAF IB wishes to announce the following information in relation to the Listing:- (i)          Level of subscription of the Public Issue; (ii)         Basis of allotment/allocation of the Balloting Shares (as defined herein); (iii)        Distribution for the Private Placement; and (iv)        Disclosure of selected investors who become substantial shareholders of OFB arising from the IPO, if any.
