On behalf of the Board of Directors of Wentel Engineering, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce the following in relation to the IPO: (i) level of subscription of public balloting, Eligible Persons and private placement; (ii) basis of allotment / allocation; (iii) distribution for placement tranche; and (iv) disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholders of Wentel Engineering arising from the IPO, if any.
