（吉隆坡3日讯）Go Hub资本有限公司（GOHUB，0311，创业板）登陆马股创业板，开盘迎来开门红，鸣锣即翻涨1.3倍！

此交通信息技术（IT）公司，今日开盘价报80仙，较首次公开募股（IPO）发售价35仙，溢价128.57%，首宗成交量842万5700股。

之后该股继续受到追捧，截至11时，已经来到84.5仙，较IPO价上涨了49.5仙。

执行董事兼总执行长陈承栋在线上记者会称：“本公司感到异常高兴，因为这场上市活动，已经筹备两年之久。”

“我们认为开盘价很出色，这证明了投资者们对公司长期表现的认可。”

本轮首次公开募股，该公司发行1亿718新股，共筹措3751万令吉，以扩张业务规模，如增聘人力资源、采购IT设备、收购办公写字楼等。

其扩大后股本，将含4亿股，上市后市值可达4975万1480令吉。

本轮首次公开募股，由大华继显证券出任主要顾问、保荐商、包销商兼配售商。

今早在大马交易所的鸣锣仪式，出席者还有Go Hub独立非执行主席祖基菲里、执行董事李丽仪、独立非执行董事阿尔薇扎、蒲瑞瑩、李耀荣、商务总监翁梓诚、技术总监方文鸿。
