（吉隆坡20日讯）卫生阀门和管件供应商美锘国际集团（Minox International）计划10月17日上市，在首次公开募股（IPO）发售价为每股25仙。
美锘国际集团今日推荐招股书，并计划在IPO活动中，将以每股25仙公开发售9000万股新股，相当于扩大股本后的25%股权，筹资2250万令吉。
同时，该公司也将向特定投资者，以私下配售的方式献售1800万股现有股票。
完成上市后，该集团其市值预计达9000万令吉，而股本则将扩大至3亿6000万股。
该公司将从IPO活动集资2250万令吉，其中57.9%的资金将被用于扩大生意规模。当中的501万令吉（22.3%）将被用作在新加坡设立新仓库的资金、400万令吉（17.8%）则用于兴建第4家仓库、400万令吉（17.8%）用作产品开发和部署用途。
3大增长策略
另外，450万令吉用于偿还银行贷款、159万令吉充当营运资本、剩余的340万令吉则将支付此上市的所有费用。
随着美锘国际集团的上市，管理层亦已为集团制定了3大明确的成长策略。
美锘国际集团董事经理张志山表示，“由于看好半导体领域的成长前景，我们将进一步强化集团在半导体领域的市场份额。集团计划通过内部的设计和研发团队，将更多产品渗透入半导体领域，以此提高在相关市场的市占率。”
其次，该集团计划在雪兰莪蒲种兴建第四个仓库，扩张现有的储存空间，从而支撑不断增长的业务规模。
张志山透露，在雪兰莪蒲种的仓库预计将在两年后完成。
第三，该公司将在新加坡建设储存空间为7500平方英尺的新仓库。
“这将为我们提供额外的容量，用于储存半导体行业的新真空配件和阀门，以及为新加坡和其它海外市场的客户库存。”
新加坡的仓库除了为集团提供额外的库存空间，还能通过该国的自由贸易协议协助公司降低成本。
合盈证券也是美锘国际集团顾问、保荐人和配股经理。
而一同出席招股书推介礼的有美锘国际集团执行董事雷宝宝、主席艾微扎、合盈证券董事经理拿督陈俊㟽，与企业融资主管丁华代。
