（吉隆坡27日讯）即将在5月9日上市的会计软件开发商Autocount Dotcom有限公司，首发股反应热烈，公众部分获167倍超额认购。
根据文告，公开给大马民众的2752万5000股，接获3万5436份申请欲认购46亿2000万股，超额认购167倍。
同时，土著部分获得1万2808份申请，欲认购15亿5000万股，超额认购111.3倍。
Autocount首发股反应热烈，公众部分获167倍超额认购。
Autocount指出，大马公民部分共获得2万2628份申请欲认购30亿8000万股，超额认购222.7倍。
“同时，供合格董事、雇员及业务伙伴的1101万股也全数认购完毕。”
作为主要顾问、保荐人、包销商，以及配售经纪的马六甲证券亦证实，私下配售的5505万新股和4404万现有股已全部配售给指定投资者。
Autocount放眼以每股33仙的发售价，发行9359万新股，以筹资3088万令吉。 |

（吉隆坡9日讯）软件开发商Autocount Dotcom（ADB，0276，创业板），今日正式上市马股创业板，首日登场获投资者热烈支持，盘中一度飙升至1.16令吉，溢价251.5%。
该股今早首宗交易以每股1.09令吉开盘，比起首次公开募股（IPO）每股33仙发售价，溢价76仙或230%，之后走势一路坚挺。
该集团的IPO筹资3088万令吉，上市前已备受市场关注，获得167倍的超额认购。
上市所筹得的资金，1730万令吉或56%将用于在东南亚地区设立战略性的销售办事处，强化在当地的市场参与、另520万令吉或17%将用于研发拓展现有产品的功能。
Autocount主要从事财务管理软件的开发和销售，以“AutoCount”为品牌开发和销售会计、销售点终端（POS），以及薪资管理系统。
