應該檢測全部入境的人才準確。
有一大堆人不打疫苗，不戴口罩，到處跑。
還有一些人打噴嚏不蓋口鼻。。。

全部国家一视同仁就行。搞针对那就直接禁完与中国的交流不管是旅游，贸易还是官方的至少5年 |

BA.5、BF.7毒株已经彻底退场，BQ.1.1和BQ.1已经达峰，XBB一支崛起！
而目前中国疫情爆发的主要毒株是BA.5.2和BF.7，美国的毒株进化比中国毒株要领先2代。 |

The Omicron XBB lineage was first detected in Singapore and the United States but has since spread to 35 countries.
It is a recombinant lineage, meaning that it derives its genetic material from different lineages and variants.
According to the World Health Organisation (WHO) statement on Oct 27, there has been a broad increase in prevalence of XBB in regional genomic surveillance, but it has not yet been consistently associated with an increase in new infections.
The WHO added that while further studies were needed, contrary to the previously mentioned viral message, the current data did not suggest that there were any substantial differences in disease severity for XBB infections.
There was however some early evidence that suggests XBB might pose a higher reinfection risk but it is too soon to tell.

KOTA KINABALU: All travellers from China visiting Sabah must present a negative Covid-19 pre-departure test result before entering the state, said Sabah Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
Masidi, who is also Sabah's Covid-19 spokesperson, said the pre-departure test must be carried out within 48 hours before departure, and that the directive would take effect this Sunday (Jan 1).

一下全封、一下全开，那边的人连基本防疫知识都不知道有没有。更何况上次不到2万，我们的医疗设备已非常紧泊，有人呼吸困难要靠私人提供氧气机，有人等不到救护车就gg了，
有限的设备要应付突然大量涌入且不知有没有打疫苗的人，太冒险了。
如果是议员们想不工作领薪水，那又另当别论。 |

拜託，中共從防疫到開放都是一刀切，
別國是階段性開的好嗎？還做足醫療量能準備，不像中共這樣毫無科學依據就亂開，
這是能比較的嗎？
就算是我們這裡，開放也是經過很多階段的，好嗎？
