房屋出租/寻找房屋/寻找室友（请先阅读规则！！）

I am Sorry post English here because i cant use chinese now, but tmr morning i will modified this post with Chinese written. Pls do not delete this post moderator, this is important for us to secure back our properties,
beside notice any room/house owner.

This incident was like this, just recently my house in sec17 to rent out a small room, a new guy who promised to rent in this month steal many stuffs from my house including laptop and etc after he took my house keys. This incident was happen on 02-10-09 around afternoon around 3p.m.-4p.m, tat time no any housemate around. He is a chinese guy age around 26-28 years old, wearing specs, looks in good manner(shi wen),medium weight and height body, and driving either  a Silver color Kancil or Silver Kancil Myvi. When he look for my room, he driving kancil and wearing formal working shirt and visit during around 12 p.m. something, so that i believe he is working around my house area although what he told me he is some sort like working sales and meeting client around , just take his lunch time to come visit my house. On 02-10-09 morning he took my house keys from my housemate , then afterward at night when we come back we found we lost our stuff including laptop, hard disk,  luggage bag and even female housemate underwears. After we check through from our neighbors, we get to know he come with a girl (believed was his gf) by Silver Myvi and steal our stuff during 3p.m.-4p.m. on 02-10-09. We had lodge a police report, but i believe both this couple thieves will doing the same case again to any new room/house for rent around sec 17 PJ area again.

SO be aware, if you saw this suspicious chinese guy or with his gf together that time, pls SEND ME A SMS IMMEDIATELY to 012-2805580 and try to drag his time without his notice during dealing with him for new room, I still can very clear in recognise this guy's face, so ur help will be very much appreciate. I stay very nearby to Sec17 Shell Station area only, if ur house is around this area i can reach within 5 mins,

But if u are the Mr Thief or Ms Thief who "accidentally" saw my post here, pls sent back my housemate's laptop , it is important for him. I believed u are not too poor and highly educated. Thank You.

屋子刚大扫除，房间我搬进来时也刚粉刷了。 ^^电灯我也刚换过了，是适合读书的亮度。有窗帘骨架，有风扇（ceiling fan），有泊车位，不会热（有屋顶和地板凉凉的，粉适合马来西亚的天气哦），附近都是住家，很安全。走大约10分钟就到tropicana city mall，这是以普通走路速度计算的，不是用跑的，所以很方便（男生可能还能快些>.<）。要走到sentosa,过个马路就到了，所以搭巴士或的士也很方便哦。utar bus和rapidkl都有经过。早上sentosa也有早市集。有兴趣请联络我^^
