（吉隆坡20日讯）棕油厂房和设备一站式解决方案供应商Ecoscience国际有限公司，获得大马交易所批准上市创业板。

该公司董事经理黄财旺在周三发布文告中说：“过去17年，我们为棕油领域打造无数建筑项目，塑造了强劲记录。”

“我们为提供油棕园和棕油提炼厂主一站式方案而感到自豪，特别是内部的制造能力，使我们能根据客户规格和要求制定解决方案。”

排除无法预测的情况，该公司计划在今年第三季上市。

丰隆投行是主要顾问、赞助商、包销商和配售商。

在这场首次公开募股（IPO）中，Ecoscience国际将发售8216万9500新股，及献售现有股权3000万股，发售价待定。

上市筹资所得，将用做拓展业务、营运资本、偿还银行贷款，及支付上市费用。

此外，该公司有意制定股息政策，即将财年净利的20%用来派息。

（吉隆坡21日讯）综合棕油加工服务供应商--Ecoscience国际公司今日推介招股书，配合上市创业板的计划，通过首次公开募股（IPO）按每股30仙的价格公开发售1亿1220万股，集资2470万令吉，以在印尼建设新工厂。

Ecoscience国际公司将发售1亿1220万股，占股本的33%，包括公开发售8220万股新股、以及献议3000万股现有股票。其中1700万股公开给公众申请、680万股保留予合资格董事或员工、4250万股私下配售予国际贸工部（MITI）批准的土著投资者，以及4590万股私下配售给特定投资者。

管理层指出，在所筹获的2470万令吉当中，790万令吉将作为营运资本用途，700万令吉偿还债务、500万令吉用于建设印尼新工厂、100万令吉扩大公司的环境和节能业务。另外380万令吉用于支付此次上市开销。

Ecoscience国际公司上市后，股本扩大至3亿4000万股，按每股30仙售价计算，市值料达1亿零200万令吉。

该公司董事经理黄财旺指出，印尼作为全球最大棕油生产国，相信在当地会有很多成长机会。该公司从IPO资金中，拨出500万令吉在印尼成立子公司和设立新工厂，以壮大在当地的市场份额，及争取新合约。同时，这将降低公司的运输时间和成本。

“我们还将扩大环境和节能业务，为棕油和其他行业出租非化学滤水设备，为公司带来经常性收入。”

谈到公司当前最大挑战时，管理层表示，原料价格陆续飙升，尤其钢铁价格是一大考验。该公司会在竞标项目前与供应商锁定价钱，一旦顺利夺标，再以既定价格进行交易，降低成本上涨的风险。

管理层也透露，截至5月27日累积订单共有1亿零700万令吉，预计7010万令吉将于2022财政年进账。此外，公司现正竞标17个项目，预计今年末季会有结果。

该公司将在7月18日上市创业板。丰隆投行是Ecoscience国际公司IPO的主要顾问、保荐人、包销商和配售代理。
