（吉隆坡11日讯）知名工业刷生产商兼机械零件和工业五金贸易商有利工业有限公司（YEW LEE PACIFIC GROUP）宣布，与合盈证券（M&A）签署包销协议，准备展开首次公开募股（IPO），即将在大马交易所创业板上市。

有利工业将在IPO活动公开发售1亿3310万股，以及向选定投资者献售2662万股。公开发售方面，2662万股供马来西亚民众通过抽签申请认购、1597万股分配予合格董事和雇员（粉红表格）、2396万股私下配售予选定投资者，以及6655万股同样以私配方式售予国际贸易和工业部（MITI）批准的土著投资者。

根据包销协议，合盈证券负责包销供马来西亚公众和通过粉红表格申请认购的部分，占总发行股份的4259万股。合盈证券也负责配售9051万股予选定投资者和MIT批准的土著投资者。

有利工业董事经理洪利隆表示，“我们很高兴能携手合盈证券进行IPO，签署包销协议象征着我们成功登上大马交易所创业板挂牌的第一步。此上市活动有助我们筹集扩张计划所需的资本，同时提高本公司在工业刷领域的品牌知名度。”

有利工业所生产的工业刷，能满足手套、工业、电子电气、工业、商业清洁供应商，以及玻璃和木材生产商等行业的需求。在截至2020年12月31日的财年，马来西亚市场为其贡献81.4%的营业额，泰国和越南业务则分别占总营业额的6.7%和6.2%。按行业来划分，手套制造商在2020财年为该公司带来了88%的营收。
