士姑来五福城的商业区
目前看来,是新山区商业单位增值幅度最快的地区。
五福城位于士姑来大道旁,地理位置卓越,周围汇集至少50万的庞大人口,可直通顺利花园、武吉英达、柔南特区重点发展的努沙再也区,甚至可通往马新第二通道。
花园城市发展概念
除了本地消费群,五福城也大受到外地消费者,尤其是度桥而来的新加坡人青睐。
陈高兴说,每个商业区的发展概念及管理各有不同,而五福城商业区则是以花园城市发展为概念,注重整个社区发展,并非单一地注重商业区发
展,因此有自身的优势。
他说,五福城商业区发展良好,以五福城广场因此聚集了各式餐馆、酒店等,加上五福城广场、公园等综合发展,让该区单位价格居高不下。
目前,这里正增建48个店屋单位,价格从168万8000令吉至218万8000令吉不等,自去年推介以来,也深受好评。
在五福城广场前方还有一块商业地,供未来的商业发展,因此该区仍将扮演领头羊的角色,带动周边商业发展。
