（吉隆坡2日讯）工业电子产品一站式服务方案供应商Aurelius科技（简称ATech），计划上市马股主板，将发行7701万股新股，发行价待定。

根据ATech向证监会提交的草拟招股书，首次公开募股（IPO）会发行多达1亿387万股股票，当中的2686万股由股东献售。

同时，该公司将发行8096万1000股给大马机构和特定投资者，包括获得国际贸易与工业部批准的土著投资者。

另外，会有500万股股票供大马公众、合格董事、员工与对公司有贡献的人认购。

因此，最终发行价会取决于零售价或定价竞标活动（Bookbuilding）。

根据招股书，此次上市所得将用来购买新机械和设备、偿还债务、充作资本开销和上市费用。

同时，该公司预计在2023年底，半导体零件生产线会扩展至7条，以配合客户F的商业扩张。

再来，ATech现阶段正建设新厂房，将用来扩展电子制造服务业务，及发展自家的轻型车辆用锂离子电池组系统。

配合此次上市，ATech设下净利20%的派息政策。

截至1月底的2020和2021财年，经审核营收分别写3亿8930万和3亿6216万令吉，净赚2359万和1509万令吉；2021财年业务表现受到供应链中断和管控措施的限制。

此外，马银行投行是此次上市活动的主要顾问、唯一账簿管理人和唯一承销商。

（吉隆坡29日讯）电子制造服务商（EMS）奥理略科技（Aurelius Technologies Bhd）将通过献售及公开发售共1亿零387万股，放眼12月16日登场马股主板，筹资1亿零473万令吉拓展EMS业务。

奥理略科技将献售2686万股现有股，及公开发售7701万新股，合计共1亿零387万股。

当中8096万1000股将供包括贸工部批准的土著投资者在内的机构投资者及指定投资者认购，价格稍后以市场询价方式（BookBuilding）方式决定；另外的2290万9000股将以每股零售价1令吉36仙，给合格员工、子公司相关人士及公众申购。

该公司执行董事兼首席执行员李宗耀线上推介招股书时指出，上市主板估计可筹措1亿零473万令吉，38.2%或4000万令吉将用以在未来24个月购买器材与设备、28.2%或2952万令吉在6个月内偿还银行债务、26.9%或2812万9000令吉作为未来36个月的营运开销，余下的708万5000令吉供上市费用。

“公司也在紧邻居林高科技园（Kulim Hi-Tech Park）的厂房建设新工厂，新的工厂有助增加现有半导体业务生产线，应付锂离子电池组生产及电子制造服务业务。随着新厂房投运，到了2023年底公司将会有15条SMT贴片的生产线，进而在2024年1月31日止的财政年推高我们的年度产量198.7%。”

询及现有订单，奥理略科技执行董事兼首席财务员罗国强指出，截至今年11月1日，未入账订单为4亿8270万令吉，足够忙碌几年。

截至2021财政年底，通讯及物联网相关产品贡献奥理略科技89.5%营业额、电子设备贡献9.4%，而半导体零件贡献不足1%。而2019至2021财政年间最大营业额贡献的市场分别是美国、新加坡及马来西亚，分别贡献93.6、92.7及89.3%。

Description	INSTALLATION OF ROOFTOP SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC
The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Aurelius Technologies Berhad (“ATech”) is delighted to announce that BCM Electronics Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“BCM”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ATech, has successfully completed the installation and energisation of a 2.5783 megawatt-peak (“MWp”) rooftop solar photovoltaic (“Rooftop Solar Project”) at its manufacturing plant in Kulim High-Tech Park (“BCM Plant”) on 13 September 2023. The Rooftop Solar Project can produce 3,480.7 megawatt-hours ("MWh") of clean electricity each year. This Rooftop Solar Project is a follow-on to ATech Group’s recent introduction of two electric vehicles (“EV”) charging stations at the parking area of the BCM Plant. This initiative aims to promote the greater usage of clean energy. These green initiatives are part of the ATech Group’s ongoing sustainability programme roll-out to enable the ATech Group to achieve its commitment to the zero net emission target by 2050.
