（吉隆坡8日讯）澳洲锰矿石和铁合金生产商OM控股宣佈，获大马证券监督委员会（SC）批准在大马交易所二次上市，成为首家在大马和澳洲交易所交叉上市的公司。

OM控股自1998年开始在澳洲交易所上市，并将维持在澳洲交易所的主要上市地位。

OM控股指出，作为一家铁合金垂直一体生产商，该公司从事上游业务，例如锰矿石的探测与开采，以及锰矿石的熔解和贸易、加工铁合金的下游活动，总部和首要分销中心设在新加坡。

该公司的二次上市将通过推介方式进行，不涉及发行新股。

此外，OM控股的股票可在两交易所之间替代交易，股东可以将澳洲交易所的股票，转移到大马交易所交易，反之亦然。

OM控股执行主席兼首席执行员刘义东说：“该集团对于能参与澳洲交易所─大马交易所首个交叉上市感到欣喜，大马证监会和大马交易所的批准，标志集团迈入重要里程碑，同时辅助集团未来在砂拉越扩展业务的计划。”

“我们在砂拉越工厂生产的铁合金是制造钢铁的必需品，自从2014年在砂拉越的工厂启用后，集团在东盟地区的原钢铁产能已增加2500万公吨，预计产能将继续增长。”

“城市化日渐普及与市场成长，集团对本区域钢铁生产的长期基本面深具信心，并且相信需求保持强劲，在接下来几个月，集团将与现有和潜在股东接洽，为二次上市加强投资者的认知。”

“集团通过砂拉越熔炼业务，受惠于具竞争力的价格、可靠的水力发电供应，在东南亚建立知名度，与全球的煤矿发电熔炼商比较，这是集团的竞争优势，在全球转向碳中和，其他以煤矿发电的熔炼商，可能面对较高的能源成本。”

与砂州日光联营生产
刘义东补充：“集团深信二次上市计划，有助扩大投资者涉足公司股票交易，提高本区域市场游资，区域市场熟悉集团业务，并认同旗下业务基本面的实力。”

OM控股目前和砂州日光（CMSB,2852,主板工业产品服务组）在砂拉越联营生产硅锰、锰合金与高碳锰等矿物。

（吉隆坡11日讯）澳洲上市矿业公司OM Holdings Ltd（OMH）正在寻求在大马二次上市，并暂定于2021年6月22日在大马交易所主板上市。

OMH指出，这是马交所及澳洲证券交易商（ASX）首次交叉上市。

OMH表示，股东可通过其澳洲股票登记机构Computershare Investor Services Pty Ltd提交注销申请，将股票从澳洲转至大马。

OMH说：“这个过程至少需要3个交易日才能完成。”

“若股东希望在上市当天（2021年6月22日）进行股票交易，他们必须在今年6月16日早上10时（悉尼时间）之前提交申请。”

OMH已在大马开展业务。

根据ASX，OMH今日收高0.03澳元或3.03%，挂0.85澳元，市值约6亿2783万澳元（约20亿令吉）。

根据OMH的最新年报，截至今年4月1日，该公司发行了7亿3862万股。

年报显示，Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd是OMH的最大股东，持股权达27.16%。

OMH的股东包括达证券，持股权为0.24%。

吉隆坡22日讯）我国首家在马澳主板双重上市的公司——OM控股（OMH，5298，主板工业股）首日上市主板，获得投资者热烈支持，股价走势相当凌厉。

今早首宗交易以每股2.72令吉开盘，比2.57令吉的参考价溢价5.83%，盘中一度攀抵2.92令吉的高点或张13.6%。

上市的价格，是根据该公司在ASX前一天，即21日的闭市价，再根据国行给出的汇率来计算。

周一闭市时，OM控股在ASX报0.825澳元，上扬0.035澳元或4.07%。

按照国行给出的汇率，即1澳元兑换3.1115令吉，意味着公司的上市参考价将落在2.57令吉。

另外，为配合此次双重上市，澳洲方面共有1680万股转至马股市场，比最初定下的1000万股目标来得多
