（吉隆坡13日讯）速溶咖啡代工商——康泰控股（ORGABIO HOLDINGS BERHAD），计划上市大马交易所创业板，首次公开售股（IPO）将发行近9667万新股，发售价待定。

据康泰控股呈交予证监会的草拟招股书，上述9667万股中，约1239万股将开放给公众认购，普通和土著投资者参半；近620万股会提供给符合资格的董事、职员和有功于公司者。

另外，近7808万新股将以私下配售形式，发放予特定投资者。上市成功后，该公司总股数将扩大至接近2亿4787万股。

透过IPO筹集的金额，将用来建造新厂、偿还银行贷款、购买设备、作为营运资本等等。

该公司也指出，新厂将坐落在雪州士毛月，预计在2023年3月完工。

据康泰控股的官方网站，旗下产品包括咖啡豆、三合一速溶咖啡、保健食饮品等等。

招股书显示，康泰控股在2020财政年取得营收3937万令吉，净利为564万令吉。

其中3255万令吉或83%营收来自大马市场；另682万令吉或17%来自海外市场。

新加坡和中国是该公司的主要国外市场，个别贡献营收233万和163万令吉，占总营收的6%及4%。

另一方面，该公司现阶段并没有制定股息政策，未来派息与否，取决于独资子公司贡献多少盈利。

（吉隆坡30日讯）预计将在12月前上市马股创业板的速溶饮料制造商康泰食品（Orgabio Holdings Berhad），与合盈证券签署首次公开募股（IPO）包销协议。

根据周四的文告，康泰食品此次IPO将公开发售9670万股新股，相当于扩大后股本的39%。

合盈证券将负责分销该公司的1860万股新股，供大马公众、符合资格董事、员工和有贡献人士认购；剩余的7810万股新股，将私配给特定投资者和获国际贸工部批准的土著投资者。

另外，这项IPO已获海鸥（HAIO，7668，主板消费股）支持，成为基石投资者。

康泰食品执行副主席拿督欧阳丁清表示，对于海鸥能够成为公司的基石投资者，感到万分欣喜。

“海鸥的投资承诺，展现了该集团对公司、商业模式、经营策略和经营团队的信任。”

此次IPO所筹集的资金，主要用于支付该公司士毛月新厂房的融资和银行贷款，而部分资金将用于采购支援和提高效率的新机器、营运资本以及上市活动资金。

欧阳丁清点出，建造新厂房，除了能量身定制产品种类外，还能优化现有机器的配置，以提高制造程序的流线和连贯性。

康泰食品的核心业务，是为第三方品牌公司提供速溶饮料制造服务；该公司也经营自家品牌Everyday和BrogaHill速溶饮料的制造、销售和行销等。

另外，合盈证券是这次上市活动的顾问、赞助商、包销商，及配售商。

出席今日签约活动的，还有康泰食品执行董事欧阳捍仁、总执行长兼执行董事欧阳捍文、合盈证券企业融资董事经理拿督陈俊㟽、董事拿督黄景基，及及企业融资主管丁华代。
