（吉隆坡31日讯）从事纸质包装印刷、生产、销售和营销的HPP Holdings Bhd，寻求在大马交易所创业板上市，以筹集资金供资本开销和扩张、偿还贷款及充作营运资本。

根据HPP提呈大马证券监督委员会（SC）的草拟招股书，首次公开募股（IPO）涉及发行8867万新股，占公司扩大后发行股本的22.83%。

该公司还将通过私下配售，向特定土著投资者献售2000万股，占扩大后发行股本的5.15%。

在公开发售的8867万股中，1942万股供公众认购、3000万股保留给合格董事、雇员和其他商业伙伴，以及3925万股私下配售给选定投资者和土著投资者。

Aurora Meadow私人有限公司持有HPP的67.02%股权。前者由Kok Hon Seng、Lau Tee Tee @ Lau Kim Wah、Ng Soh Hoon和Chong Fea Chin所控有，他们是这项IPO的保荐人。

除了Aurora Meadow，也是HPP执行董事兼集团董事经理的Kok，直接持有公司7.7%股权，而非执行主席Lau拥有2.57%、执行董事兼采购经理Ng持7.97%，以及Chong和Ang Poh Geok分别持3.99%和10.75%。

HPP表示：“我们打算通过购买两台标准版式印刷机，来提高我们的印刷能力。”

“我们还计划通过收购一条额外的硬盒生产线，继续扩大硬盒业务，并通过增加营销活动来扩大本地和海外市场的客户群。”

截至5月31日止2019财政年，HPP的营业额从6440万令吉，按年增长28.4%至8268万令吉。该集团的收入主要来自瓦楞包装印刷和生产（36.23%）、非瓦楞包装（39.98%）及硬盒贸易（18.25%）。

其收入主要来自大马的客户，占94.36%。该公司还出口到新加坡、泰国、缅甸、美国、德国和澳洲。

（吉隆坡15日讯）胶印包装印刷专业公司——HPP控股有限公司（HPPHOLDING BHD）计划2021年1月20日上市创业板，并预计在首次公开售股（IPO）中筹集约3190万令吉，计划用于偿还贷款、购买新印刷机器及充作营运资本。

根据HPP控股今日提交的招股书，该公司将公开发售8866万9000股新股，现有股东也会献售2000万股普通股，每股售价36仙。

该公司将从公开募股所筹集到资金中，拨出1300万令吉购买印刷机器、780万令吉偿还借贷、520万令吉充作营运资金、200万令吉用于销售和营销，390万令吉则是上市费用。

该公司预计上市后市值约为1亿3980万令吉。

HPP控股董事经理郭汉生在文告中表示，该公司正致力于扩大客户基础，并与在大马建有厂房的多个领先品牌讨论，希望能尽快与新客户完成谈判。
