（吉隆坡20日讯）预期在今年7月8日于大马创业板上市的大马母婴用品品牌“Mothercare”及幼儿玩具品牌“ELC”的金兴裕（Kim Hin Joo），拟透过首次公开售股（IPO）筹措3268万令吉来作扩充业务及作为资本开销。

该公司计划在上市3年后开设4至5家新母婴产品分店，其中位于双威伟乐购物广场和帝国购物广场的分店预期在今年第三季开业。

目前，金兴裕透过18家Mothercare和11家ELC分店，以及网络销售平台销售184种服饰、家居、旅游和玩具品牌。

根据招股书，金兴裕计划公开发售7600万股新股及献售5700万股股票，每股发售价为43仙。
