聘请中文客服与柜台人员

FinTech 公司聘请中文客服与柜台人员。


柜台人员 (Receptionist)

2 opening positions
  • 1 based in Menara Binjai
  • 1 based in UOA Business Park

Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Good follow up skill and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Must be willing to work in Menara Binjai or UOA Business Park.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Required language(s): Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin is a must as this role is required to deal with mandarin speaking clients), English



中文客服人员 (Customer Service Executive)
Responsibilities:
  • Deal directly with clients and handle clients' technical support questions or complaints.
  • Interact with technical support team and clients to solve clients' issues.
  • Provide proactive monitoring and management of existing systems and identify changes and potential problem solutions.
  • Process clients' requests via phone calls, live chats, service desk and email, and update clients on the status of their requests.
  • Administer access to company Financial Management System.

Requirements:
  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree holder
  • Or, minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service
  • Able to use Excel
  • Good at mathematics
  • Language: Mandarin & English. Must be fluent in speaking and writing in both.
  • Flexibility to work shifts - able to work on Saturday / Sunday / public holidays.
