达新拟售5933万股 冀创业板上市

（吉隆坡12日讯）配合首次公开募股（IPO），鸿达资源（Prestar Resources Bhd）子公司——槟城钢铁业者达新控股（Tashin Holdings Bhd）建议发行5933万股新股，以筹资拓展业务至制造丝网产品。

将在大马交易所创业板上市的达新控股，也建议大股东献售5549万股予指定投资者，包括土著投资者。

在5933万股当中，1745万股供公众人士认购，872万股保留给达新控股及鸿达资源的合格董事与雇员，1745万股供鸿达资源股东认购，以及1571万股私下配售给指定土著投资者。

根据招股书，该公司尚未决定发售价。

然而，预计所筹集的资金主要用于征地和新工厂的建设（45.5%）、资本开支（20%）、营运资本（26.2%）和上市费用（8.3%）。

达新控股打算征地兴建新工厂（总楼面面积约9万平方尺），把业务拓展至制造丝网产品。

该公司已确定将位于槟城威省（Seberang Perai）的一块工业地（毗邻现有厂房）用于扩建，预计按年总产能达2万4000吨。

“我们看到扩展业务至生产丝网的机会，因为它被广泛用作建筑和基建设施建筑的原材料，我们打算利用现有客户群来销售丝网产品。”

“我们相信在产品组合中增加丝网，将有助于进一步提高盈利能力，并加强客户群，从而提升竞争地位。”

除了采购新机器支持丝网业务之外，该公司也计划扩大原材料和成品的存储空间，并升级现有生产线。

达新控股主要从事钢铁产品的制造和贸易，以及将钢卷加工成切割卷材和钢板，以满足汽车、工程、制造和建筑行业的需求。该公司由主板上市公司鸿达资源及Formula Naga私人有限公司持有。

截至2017年12月31日止财年（2017财年），达新控股净赚1572万令吉，按年上涨29%。营业额为2亿5770万令吉，比2016财年增加五分之一。

（吉隆坡25日讯）鸿达资源(PRESTAR,9873,主板工业产品服务组)子公司达新控股（Tashin Holdings）预定8月1日上市大马交易所创业板，筹集3441万1000令吉用于建设新厂房和扩展产能。

鸿达持股减至34%

首次公开售股完成后，鸿达资源的持股将从51%缩减至34%，但仍是达新的最大股东。

被问及为何拆分上市，鸿达资源董事经理兼达新控股董事拿督杜友平在招股书推介礼后表示，鸿达主要业务为制造钢铁产品而达新是钢铁加工，达新上市后，两家公司将可更专注于各自业务范围和增长。

达新控股所筹获的资金中，1755万令吉用于购买土地和新厂房建设，770万令吉用作购买机械设备；596万1000令吉做为营运资本，剩余320万令吉是上市花费。

达新控股董事经理林峻德指出，他们将使用筹获的资金，在槟城威斯利省购买工业土地，建设总楼面面积9万平方呎的新厂房。

该公司业务是通过独资子公司经营钢卷加工，通过切割和剪切至线圈、钢板，并制造钢管、扁钢、方棒、钢网板、方格板和c型钢条等产品，以及钢铁贸易。

该公司首席财务员冯国泉指出，他们乐观看待本地钢铁消耗和制造业前景，希望能与钢铁工业共同取得增长。

他补充，虽然如今经济暂时处于波动并有点放缓迹象，但他们目标是长期营运，希望在过去近20年的经营经验下，接下来能持续取得增长。

暂无股息政策

林峻德认为，由于达新大部分收入来自本地内销，所以贸易战对于他们影响不大，除非这僵局持续而影响中国钢铁价格，才会对他们产生间接影响。

林峻德表示，该公司暂时没有股息政策。

（吉隆坡29日讯）即将于8月1日上市马股的钢铁产品公司达新控股（TASHIN），首次公开售股（I P O），让大马公众申请认购的1745万股新股，总共获得5.42倍的超额认购。

该公司给予合格董事及员工，以及鸿达资源（PRESTAR,9873,主板工业产品服务组）集团的合格董事及员工认购的872万股新股，也悉数被认购。同时，另外供私下配售给遴选投资者及土著投资者的7119万股新股也全面配售。

达新控股董事经理林峻德指出，该公司对市场反应感到鼓舞，这显示公众对公司的信心。

首季净赚350万该公司截至2019年3月31日为止第一季净利为350万令吉，营业额则为6278万令吉及每股净利为1.21仙。

林峻德发文告表示，首季业绩表现，主要是获得旗下制造业务强劲表现所支持。由于这是公司首个中期财务报告，所以没有前期季度的比较数据。

根据公司的招股书显示，该公司在2018财政年的净利为1128万令吉，营业额则为2亿6055万令吉。

林峻德在文告指出，该公司已设定一系列未来计划，特别是专注在扩张公司的钢铁制造活动。

该公司将购置机械及器材，以支持其业务扩张至生产铁丝网及提升现有的钢铁加工生产线，以减少过于依靠劳工、及改善旗下钢管及窄带卷的处理及包装速度。

他指出，若是没有不可预见情况，他对公司2019财政年的业务表现感到乐观。
