工作性质: 1. 负责马来西亚全国地区客户机器故障检测和维修,提供售后软件技术支持。 2. 负责培训客户软件使用等相关培训工作,定期维护检测客户软件情况。 3. 定期拜访客户,了解客户需求和使用反馈,总结周报和月报向总公司传达相关信息。 4. 负责处理公司马来西亚配件管理 5. 配合总公司制作必要的服务资料。 1. Responsible for machine fault detection andmaintenance of customers in Malaysia and provide after-sales software technicalsupport. 2. Responsible for training clients in softwareuse and other relevant trainings, and regularly maintaining and testing customersoftware. 3. Visit customers regularly, understandcustomer needs and use feedback, summarize weekly and monthly reports andconvey relevant information to the head office. 4.
