一间中小型Trading公司, using software "Autocount"
Sales Turnover 平均一年RM700k左右
Profit Margin 平均一年不到10%左右
Bank Statement 平均一个月5页左右
Customer Sales Order (不用负责)
Customer billing/Invoicing (不用负责)
Customer deposit/receipt  平均一个月40条transactions
Supplier Purchase Order (不用负责)
Supplier Invoices 平均一个月30条transactions
Supplier payment   平均一个月60条transactions
Non-trade Bank/Cash payment transaction(Advance/Salary/Statutory etc..)
Monitoring of Directors's monthly claims receipts.
Updating of Monhtly Payroll Journal(no payroll system, excel formulated)
Prepare of monthly Journal Voucher(Hire purchase/Claims accrual etc..)
Prepare of GST summary reporting, GST quarterly submission report (GST-03)
Prepare of Financial Reporting(Balance Sheet/Profit&loss/Trial Balances/GL listing)
Prepare of Bank Reconciliation(Cash in hands/Bank statement)
Prepare of Closing schedule(Accrual/Prepayment/Deposit)
Prepare of Fixed Assets & depreciations calculation
Prepare of Hire Purchase Schedule & interest calculation
Attending of Audited Queries/Audited required reporting
Helping in quarterly tax estimation calculation(if any required)
Analysis/Reporting of expenses spending by monthly basic(if any required)

每个星期on site一次, 偶尔工作时间会call必须要接电话, if urgent 需要随时 login Teamviewer to support.
