招聘书记 (Admin Clerk)

聘请书记:

年龄:20-35岁
工作经验:2年以上
学历: SPM或以上
语言/书写:中文/英文/马来文
工作时间:星期一至星期五(9am- 6pm), 星期六(9am- 1pm)

THIS JOB ONLY SUITABLE FOR RESPONSIBLE PERSON, apply this job if you full fill this criteria


Responsibilities:
  • Prepare expenses claim, invoice, quotation, proposal and tender
  • Assist in corresponding all emails, phones and letters
  • Maintain up-to-date filing and update database
  • Coordinate all training administration & preparation
  • Responsible for front desk function and guest reception
  • Maintain a neat and professional office environment
  • All related assignments to be assigned by Superior
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Minimum SPM and above
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Admin Clerk/ Documentation/ Secretarial
  • Good English Writing Skill, MS Office, Basic Designing & Accounting Skill
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional)
  • Possess own transport
Working Hours
  • Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm
  • Saturday 9am- 1pm
  • Work on weekend when company has event
  • Potential to travel when needed
