Responsibilities:
- Prepare expenses claim, invoice, quotation, proposal and tender
- Assist in corresponding all emails, phones and letters
- Maintain up-to-date filing and update database
- Coordinate all training administration & preparation
- Responsible for front desk function and guest reception
- Maintain a neat and professional office environment
- All related assignments to be assigned by Superior
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum SPM and above
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Admin Clerk/ Documentation/ Secretarial
- Good English Writing Skill, MS Office, Basic Designing & Accounting Skill
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional)
- Possess own transport
Working Hours
- Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm
- Saturday 9am- 1pm
- Work on weekend when company has event
- Potential to travel when needed
