最近在Gemfive 平台購物的網友們都會收到來自Hong Leong Assurance 的電話兜售人壽保險， 我向Gemfive 反應不滿， 他回復說這是他們公司的PRIVACY POLICY。

- carrying out instructions, providing products and/or services (whether by GEM, companies related to or affiliated to GEM, or a selected third party) and responding to enquiries by you or made on its behalf;

想請問Gemfive將用戶個資轉移合作夥伴是否合法？

在PDPA之下，一旦个人资料需要被process就需要得到同意。
process的意思是使用。换言之，如果你不同意的话，你连买东西都不能啊~~那Gemfive或其他购物网站就没有存在的意义了。

Gemfive 可以將用戶個資透露給合作的第三方（人壽保險公司）？

Lazada 及11 street 有提到他會將地址、姓名提供給他們的銷售商、運輸公司， 但是沒有說會運用在無關係的第三方（人壽保險公司）。
